1. Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of garments, accessories, and bespoke commissions made through caspara.co.uk and any affiliated Caspara digital channels.
2. Orders & Pricing
All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (GBP) inclusive of United Kingdom Value Added Tax (VAT). We reserve the right to amend prices and correct pricing discrepancies prior to order acceptance.
3. Delivery & Title
Title to the goods passes to the purchaser upon complete receipt of payment and delivery to the nominated shipping address. Risk of loss passes upon recorded courier delivery.
